Today the theater still serves the purposes of live entertainment as well as hosting other community events.  The restoration process is also close to completion.  Inside the theater embraces new seats, the walls are painted the original color, and the stage boundaries are painted with the gold shavings that were part of the original theater.  The theater today is beginning to thrive and serves as an excellent resource for unity among the community of Cedar Falls.
